HR Finance Administrator | Nottingham | Salary £24,000 - £25,000 |Permanent |Immediate Start.

Cherry professional has an exciting opportunity for you. Due to the successful growth of the business, they are now seeking a HR and FinanceAdministrator. This is a brand new role that has been created for the right individual giving you the scope to make your mark! 

You will be accountable for the HR function of the group of companies, liaising with directors of various companies and the senior accountant to ensure compliance is adhered to at all times. This is a critical role as you will beproviding clerical support to the group finance department.

Do you havea background in HR and Finance Admin ? Then you would be perfect for this role! 

Key responsibilities,
You will be the first point of contact for HR related employee and management requests.
To prepare HR documents, letters, contracts, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
To oversee the online training across the business, covering, induction and annual updates.
To ensure the database is accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
You will maintain HR records and administration systems.
You will assist payroll preparation by providing relevant data and ensuring the payroll accurate 
To provide support with the recruitment and selection process.
To deal HR issues and  investigations in line with company policy.
You will liaise with the HR Consultant in relation to complex HR cases
You will collate board meeting packs for various companies in the group.
To assist the senior accountant with various Insurance renewals.


Ideal candidate,
Have 1-2 years experience in HR Administrator/Assistant and or Finance Administrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of HRIS. Working knowledge of HRIS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
