HR Assistant - Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent HR Assistant for their Notingham based client. You role will be to provide a generalist HR service which includes direct support for the HR Business Partners to provide an effective, efficient, confidential and proactive HR service to the business.

This is an extremely busy role and the ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Duties to Include:

Implementation of relevant Human Resource administration activity across the business, including the following key areas: employee relations, performance management, absenteeism and Terms and Conditions of Employment, advice to Payroll and benefits administration.

Ongoing review and development of the Human Resources administration procedures.

Development and maintenance of accurate computer database and personal information for all relevant employees.

Provision of support and advice relating to Audits, Vetting, SIA and Airside Passes (as required).

Provision of support and advice to management relating to personnel benefits including Private Health Care and Medicals in conjunction with HR Business Partners.

Support as required for recruitment and selection activity and campaigns for the business.

Ensure accurate completion of security vetting for relevant employees and to liaise with responsible administrators from operational sites.

Provision of statistical information and reports as required.

Provide support for HR Office Manager/HR Business Partners which will include a requirement to travel to various as and when required.

Administrative support and involvement in HR meetings/projects/minute taking as required.

To partake in any developmental training as required by the Company for the role.
