HR Assistant | Alfreton | £22,000-£25,000

Are you an experienced HR Assistant? Do you want to join a rapidly growing company? Do you want to work in a thriving and exciting team?

Cherry professional are working alongside an exciting client, on the back of rapid and market leading growth, to recruit and experienced and dedicated HR Assistant. The successful candidate will be part of a tight-knit, hard working team to ensure smooth running of all HR function across the business. You will be providing professional HR support to managers and staff as part of the HR Shared Services Centre covering all parts of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
To maintain the employee Oracle Fusion HR System regarding sickness absence, holidays and personal details, both in hard copy and electronic
To assist the HR Manager to facilitate the recruitment process for new employees.
Check company clocking in system for lateness and absenteeism, producing monthly reports for department managers.
Generating various HR reports and accurate minute taking in meetings.
Assisting with sourcing, ordering and replacement of corporate company gifts / giveaways.
Co-ordination, distribution and provision of various company media including   annual company calendars, business cards and diaries.
Some coordination of the UK and foreign embassy immigration visa and work permit applications as and when necessary.
Generate invitation letters for travellers requiring business visas to visit the UK.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) for the Finance Department.

The ideal candidate
Experience of working in a dynamic HR administration environment.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines and can prioritise multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining outstanding customer service.
Great attention to detail and focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of HR systems and data maintenance using customer service, work management and HR self-service business systems.
Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office with Excellent numerical calculation skills.
