HR Recruitment Administrator - 6 month contract - Derby
30 hours a week
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR or Recruitment Administrator to join a well established organisation in Derby.
-Supporting senior members of the HR team with administrative tasks
-Data Entry, filing and scanning
-Supporting end to end Recruitment process
-Source candidates and shortlist for jobs
-Book in interviews and feedback to Line Managers and Applicants
-Advertise jobs within the company and shortlist suitable candidates
-Book in interviews with selected line managers
-Producing contracts for new starters
-Liaise with all department and be able to communicate effectivley
-Using the internal HR system to update employee details ensuring all records are up to date
- Adhoc Administrative tasks
- Excellent communication
- Experience as a HR Administrator
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player
This assignment is perfect for someone who is keen to fulfill a HR based career and has some experience working within ideally a HR function or Recruitment team.
