HR Advisor | 12 month contract | Derbyshire | Competitive Salary
Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor looking to take on a contract for 12 months with an award winning organisation? Our client is a very well established organisation in North Derbyshire, you will be part of a motivated and friendly HR team who thoroughly live by their values, offering the best support to their 500 strong work force.

You’ll work closely with the senior team and operational managers to support the timely delivery across a range of core HR activities including, recruitment and selection, talent management, employee relations casework and contract and payroll changes.

Job Description
- Senior HR Advisor Main Duties & Accountabilities
- Offer support and advice to Team Leader and Managers with all policy and HR legislation
- Input payroll data into HR systems and update on current employee status
- Advise on ER cases in line with employment legislation & HR policies
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance whilst analysing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Ensure that solutions put forward are aligned to the business and legally safe and sound
- Drive consistency of values when attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs

Senior HR Advisor experience and skills;
- Proven experience working at a similar level in a generalist HR environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, demonstrating warmth and empathy
- An aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving, with good judgement
- Passionate about developing themselves and others
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and works well under pressure
- Expertise in managing employee casework in line with employment legislation and company policies
- Experience managing payroll processes and associated changes
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- Outstanding focus on delivering an excellent quality service and a flexible and adaptable attitude to accommodate changing priorities
