This role will work within the Human Resources Team and will provide support to the HR Advisor and Senior HR Administrator. You will ideally have experience of working within an administrative role and HR Admin and/or recruitment experience is essential.
Responsible for ensuring that all queries submitted to the HR and Recruitment email inboxes are responded to within agreed timescales
Preparing documents relating to an employee's employment with the company; these include offer letters, amendment to contract letters, disciplinary or grievance correspondence, leaving letters
To help ensure that all applicants are sent acknowledgement, interview invites and rejection letters during their recruitment journey
To provide support in ensuring that the Cascade HR system is up to date so that accurate data can be provided to the business on areas such as staff turnover, absence etc.
Responsible for ensuring that employee files are kept up to date and relevant (both in paper and electronic versions)
All general administrative tasks as requested by the HR team
