HR Administrator - Nottingham - £18000

Working as an HR Administrator for a leading company based in Nottinghamshire. You will be providing support to the HR team in all aspects of HR Administration.


-Creating all new starter offers and induction packs, ensuring all the relevant documents are completed

-Maintaining all personnel files and updating accordingly

-Processing new starters and leavers

-Logging sickness, absence, disciplinary and performance activities, producing reports for Line Managers

-Managing staff holidays, updating the in-house database accordingly

-Processing staff training information and compiling reports

-Managing current vacancies on recruitment portals, liaising with internal hiring managers

-Responding to applications and interviewed candidates as well as reference requests for employees

Ideal person:

-Previous experience in an HR Administration role

-CIPD Level 3 or studying towards an HR qualification would be an advantage but not essential

-Experience of an in-house HR Database would also be an advantage

-Excellent interpersonal skills and used to working in a busy, fast paced environment

-High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
