Your main duties as Administrator will include:
Processing of daily hire estimates, orders, exchanges, off-hires and repairs/damages
Preparation and distribution of relevant reports to support the department
Responding to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
Monitoring quotes – ensuring you have chased these up.
Making proactive sales calls to existing and new customers
Proactively researching hire opportunities and following up as required
Chasing down and resolving plant queries
Offer Administration support to the rest of the team.
To be successful in this Administator role you must have the following skills:
Willingless to learn and develop skills Excellent communication skills
Great written and verbal skills
Well organised with the ability to think on your feet.
Strong IT skills
