Administrator / Mansfield / £18000

We are currently recruiting for a fast growing organisation in Mansfield, Notts.

Every day will bring something new, from supporting Account Managers as they build relationships with retailers, bringing store interiors to life, right through to opportunities to attend festivals and events both in the UK and internationally.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will work alongside a team of account managers, the marketing department and the sales & finance teams working seamlessly between them.

Key Responsibilities
-Answering and directing phone calls
-Organising and scheduling of appointments, meetings and conference calls
-Developing and maintaining a filing system for stock management both in-house and with an external storage company
-Distribution of stock and promotional materials to account managers and stores via UPS
-Production and maintenance of retailer promo
-Gathering and maintaining a database of retailers
-Ordering of office supplies
-Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
-Providing general support to visitors
-Liaising with and handling requests from various points of contact in the office
-Opportunity to attend festivals and events both in the UK and Europe
-Driving to wholesalers and retailers where required

Part time 16 hours per week

Ideal Person
-Organised and have keen eye for detail
-Take instruction well in addition to following your own initiative.
-You'll manage your time effectively and be confident on the telephone.
-You will hold a full UK driver's license
-An interest in horticulture and hydroponics would be an advantage
