Finance Systems Administrator - Leicester - £20-25k - 12 Month FTC

We are recruiting for an Interim Finance Systems Administrator opportunity with a major construction business based in Leicestershire. They are offering a 12 month contract (mat cover), with a salary of up to £42,000 + benefits.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a fantastic business, within the support function of the Group Finance Systems team. Reporting to the Finance Systems Supervisor you will assist in delivering high quality support across financial applications and assist in providing the administration of financial systems in line with group policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within a finance or support function environment, however candidates who are looking to develop a career within a finance systems support function will also be considered.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Resolve or escalate system support issues in line with policy and procedures
- Assist in ensuring that the group support KPIs are met
- Ensure all business as usual tasks and processes are delivered in accordance with our policy and procedures
- Assist with support and training documentation for the financial applications
- Assist in testing of new functionality across financial systems
- Assist with the communication of updates and improvements to all financial users
- Provide end user feedback to help shape development and the training strategies for all financial system users
- Ensure user guides and documentation is maintained

Required skills & experience:

- Ability to work dynamically in both team and independent environments is necessary
- Advanced Excel skills required
- An understanding of finance terms and concepts would be beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Pragmatic problem solver
- Have a high degree of integrity
- TM1 / COINS system experience an advantage but not essential as training is provided
