Cherry Professional are working with a successful business based in Chesterfield who are offering remote working for the right candidate, the role sits within a busy accounts function and the successful candidate will be involved in a variety of duties.
Multi-currency daily bank reconciliations, for multiple companies
Setting up and management of all company payments, bank account changes, ensuring payments are authorised in a timely manner
Posting bank payments, including posting inter-company transactions
Processing and payment of cash expenses and credit card statements, checking receipts and posting costing journals
Management and issuing of vouchers
Prior experience in a purchase ledger, sales ledger or an accounting and finance role is essential
Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with the Finance team and wider stakeholders across the business
Able to manage and prioritise a busy and ever-changing workload
Computer literate with strong excel skills
