General bookkeeping for including sales and purchase invoice processing
Managing petty cash and expenses
Chasing customers for any outstanding debt
Ordering office supplies and equipment
Booking services for company vehicles
Organising and arranging training for staff
Dealing with supplier and customer queries.
Solid experience working in a varied finance role
Immediately available or happy to start on short notice
Professional and confident phone manner and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
Good work ethic and would be happy with a varied role
Confident using MS Excel and the wider MS Office package.
