Cherry Professional are excited to be working with a business based near Nottingham City Centre (towards Wilford) in the recruitment of a Finance Administrator on a full time and permanent basis.
Our client are actively seeking a motivated, personable and trustworthy Finance Administrator to provide both finance and admin support for the business.
The business is known throughout of East Midlands and is a big player in their industry. They offer a friendly and productive work environment combined with flexible working patterns and stability.
General bookkeeping for including sales and purchase invoice processing
Managing petty cash and employee expenses
Chasing customers for any outstanding debt
General office administration including; ordering office supplies, chasing paperwork, helping answer the phones
Updating customer and supplier information on the CRM
Dealing with customer and supplier queries
Helping close the ledger at month end.
Solid experience working in a varied finance role - any experience with maintaining a CRM system would be a huge plus
Professional and confident phone manner and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
Flexible and great team player who will fit into the office culture
Confident using MS Excel and the wider MS Office package.
