Finance Administrator | Nottinghamshire | up to £22k

Currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work for a fast paced business on the outskirts of Nottingham.  This is a great opportunity to work within a thriving team with the emphasis on Purchase Ledger.

Responsibilities: 

Processing supplier invoices
Organising payment runs
Looking after any standing orders and direct debits
Setting up new suppliers on the system
Liaison internally and externally
Gaining authorisation on invoices
Issuing purchase order numbers
General administrative duties

Ideal candidate:

Experience of working within a finance function, ideally purchase ledger
Ability to work within an extremely fast paced environment
IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational ability
