Finance Administrator -Part Time Hours - 20 per week - £20,000 - £22,000 FTE 


Cherry Professional are working with a global business based in Ashbourne who are looking to recruit a finance assistant on a part time, permeant basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small accounts function where you will be involved in a variety of finance related duties. 


The role and responsibilities: 

Post and allocate receipts to customer accounts.  
Ensuring the timely collection of accounts. 
Dealing promptly with supplier queries as received via telephone or e-mail
Prepare outgoing customer invoices and statements, in accordance with internal procedures. 
To prepare and process reminders, in accordance with established procedures to expedite payments.  
To support the compilation of Customer Ageing and monthly past due reports. 


About you: 


At least a years' experience in a finance based role
Strong numeracy and accuracy skills
Organised with a methodical approach to work 
Excellent communication skills.
