Temporary Finance Administrator - £17,500 - Bilsthorpe
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a temporary basis with a view to become permanent for the right person. Working within a thriving team environment, you will be responsible for providing administration support within a finance function in Mansfield.
- Inputting of hours from timesheets for payroll purposes.
- Processing expenses
- Collating and logging purchase invoices, ensuring all details are entered onto the system
- Generating customer statements
- Dealing with any queries and enquiries coming into the department
- Administration duties as required
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of working within an administrative role
- IT Literate
- Good communication skills
