Temporary Finance Administrator - £9 per hour - Loughborough

Currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work for a business based on the outskirts of Loughborough. This is on a temporary basis for around a 12 week period with an immediate start. Great opportunity to work within a close knit team and carry out a variety of administration duties within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

- Create and post daily sales invoices
- Allocation of payments against customer accounts
- Raising journals and notifications via the bank
- Checking monthly statements
- Update managers on the debtor reports on a weekly basis
- Taking payments from customers and updating the system
- Setting up new cusotmer accounts
- General office administration duties

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience working within a Finance Department
- Good communication skills
- IT literate, with knowledge of Excel
- Team player
