Finance Administrator - Strelley, North Nottingham - £18-20K

We are excited to be working with a business based near Strelley, North Nottingham in the recruitment of a Finance Administrator on a full time and permanent basis.

Our client is actively seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and trustworthy Finance Administrator to assist with the businesses bookkeeping.

The organisation is known throughout of East Midlands and is a big player in their industry. They offer a friendly and productive work environment combined with flexible working patterns and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing of purchase invoices i.e. inputting, matching and coding
Reconciling the bank and supplier statements
Processing of sales invoices i.e. inputting, matching and coding
Chasing customers for any overdue amounts
Managing employee expenses
Dealing with supplier and customer queries
Assisting with finance administration

Ideal Person:

Sound understanding of finance
Good working knowledge MS Excel would be ideal but not essential
Professional and confident phone manner and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
Flexible and great team player who will fit into the office culture.
