Executive Assistant / PA | £27,000 - £36,000 | Permanent | Nottingham
 
Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a global innovative technology company in Nottingham, who are seeking an Executive Assistant / PA to start as soon as possible. Reporting directly to the Leadership Manager, the Executive Assistant / PA will work collaboratively in a team of Executive Assistants primarily responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Vice Presidents.  With approximately 2500 employee’s, this is a great opportunity to join a corporate, global, professional organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

To maintain the upmost confidentiality and discretion in relation to all meetings, correspondence and sensitive information, ensuring adequate security for such data at all times.
To organise the electronic diary to ensure the schedule is kept to and fully informed at all times, using initiative and a proactive approach to ensure pre-preparation.
To book worldwide travel for 40 Vice Presidents.
To manage the expense process for all Vice Presidents.
To maintain an efficient, effective and up to date system for all records and files connected with all functions.
To produce high quality work and support with various business projects.


 
The Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in a 
PA or Executive Assistant role within a corporate, hierarchical environment.It would be an advantage if the successful person is CPD qualified.
An understanding of lean six sigma is desirable.
The role requires a self-motivated, extremely organised and professional individual who enjoys working as part of a team but who can lead by example and work with the minimum of supervision.
Ability to self-manage time on a day-to-day basis to effectively execute and deliver tasks across multiple projects and workflows.
Demonstrate high standards of accuracy and efficiency with an analytical eye for detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Accept accountability for own work and actions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Confident in decision making ability.
Ability negotiate with others, using interpersonal skill, rather than position power.
