Employment Relations Advisor | Nottingham | Salary £30,000- £35,000

We are recruiting for an experienced ER Advisor to join a global retail organisation that we are currently working with. As a result of their continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced ER Advisor. You will be providing operational support and advice on employment relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and appeals.

Key Responsibilities-
Manage a dynamic employee relation caseload.
Offer guidance and advice to line management regarding investigations, appeals and flexible working
Deal with the redundancy consultation process and TUPE.
To deal with absence management, including long term sickness.
You will need to assist in HR projects as required.
Complete relevant administration tasks and maintain accurate and up to date records.


Essential Skills-
Experience in advising on ER matters
CIPD Level 5
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Good knowledge of UK employment law, including GDPR
Work within SLA’s and to deadlines
Strong communication skills
Good team player with a proactive attitude
Able to take proficient minutes/notes at meetings
