Employee Relations Manager | Nottingham | £45,000 - £50,000

Cherry Professional are working with a growing Nottinghamshire based organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for working with the wider HR team to support the people strategy as well as having a focus on all Employee Relations activities within the business.

Key Responsibilities 

Provide advice and support to senior management and employees to implement Employee Relations processes and to ensure there is alignment across the organisation.
Work in conjunction with the wider HR team and Employment Lawyers for escalated cases.
Manage employee queries.
Collaborate with ER colleagues to manage case load.
Lead and direct due diligence and risk responsibilities associated with people changes.
Maintain integrity of records and documentation required for employee relations issues.
Develop and enhance in house Employee Relations approach across the organisations including, improving processes, developing policies and generating innovation regarding Employee Relations matters.

What experience you will have

Employee Relations - Subect Matter Expert.
Up to date employment law knowledge.
CIPD Level 7 Qualified.
