Cherry Professional are working with an industry leading, exciting business who are looking to recruit a customer support assistant to provide guidance and support on products and events and act as a key point of contract for enquires relating to orders, property & repairs, technical services, delivery & distribution queries.
You will be part of a supportive and innovative team, providing a first-class customer service, quality communication, key support, and advice
Providing great customer service for customers via phone/email/e-queries and face to face
Contribute to the wider business goals by doing your role to the best of your ability - delivering great service, whilst achieving key individual and team measurables
Focus on effective interactions and promotional planning activity to deliver additional sales and profitLiaise effectively with Field Operations, Internal Support Teams and suppliers in order to achieve results
Meet business challenges by working on other activities and projects if required
Add value by using initial benefit statements, gap analysis and effective sales closing techniques
Demonstrate a proactive approach to your personal development, taking ownership and working on development areas
Experience within a fast-paced sales environment is desirable
Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport customers
Professional approach and exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Confident telephone manner
Self-motivated with a positive and "can-do" attitude
6 month FTC - Monday - Friday.
Based at Head Office in Burton-on-Trent
