Cherry Professional are working alongside a market-leading, widely known and exciting brand to recruit a Customer Support Assistant to work in an ever-growing support team based in Derbyshire. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team who provide caring and compassionate customer service to the company’s customers via telephone, email, live chat and social media.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high quality customer service through a number of channels - telephone, email, live chat function and social media
Update company databases
Show compassion and care about every customer’s needs
The ideal candidate should be:
Warm, friendly, and highly considerate of others
A great problem-solver with excellent levels of accuracy and great attention to detail
A competent in multi-tasking and in managing changing priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office, the internet and mobile apps
A number of full time shift patterns are available, including weekend work. You may have previously applied for Customer Support, Customer Service Assistant or Customer Advisor.
