We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a well established company in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
- To provide excellent Customer Service and support to internal and external customers
- Assist in developing colleagues' knowledge of customer accounts
- Manage and prioritise daily / weekly workload
- Working on Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ensure all Customer Service calls are dealt with in a timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Processing orders
-Corresponding via email
-Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
-Professional telephone manner in order to provide the best customer service possible
- Strong communication
-Good time management skills
-A passion for Customer Service
You will be required to work 37.5 hours pe week on a shift basis - evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
