Part time Customer Support Administrator / Nottingham / £16500 pro rata

Working for a local housing authority based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre this is a varied, interesting role where no two days are the same. Previous experience of working within social housing is essential.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 12pm to 5pm

The role

-Greeting visitors at reception, monitoring the visitors book

-Answering incoming telephone calls from tenants, resolving enquiries or directing calls to the relevant staff member

-Taking payments over the phone and face to face, logging all transactions on an in-house database

-Providing customer support regarding property repairs, complaints, compliments and anti-social -behaviour (ASB), acknowledging all complaints and ASB notifications

-Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing postal deliveries

-Undertaking ad hoc administrative duties as required such as; printing, photocopying, scanning and filing

Ideal Candidate

-Previous experience in a Customer Service role within the housing sector or rents and repairs is essential

-Experience providing both telephone and face-to-face customer support

-Administration experience along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

-English GCSE Level C or above or equivalent
