Customer Service Executive | Salary £22,000-£25,000 | Permanent
Cherry Professional is currently recruiting for a small but successful organisation in Bingham, Nottinghamshire.The role of Customer Service Executive is to provide support to a busy sales team and ensure all orders and queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
To deal with all customers calls.
You will be taking and processing orders from customers.
To arrange the deliveries, ensuring dates and addresses correspond with customer requirements.
You will manage and escalate customer complaints and issues.
Working very closely with other departments.
To create quotations on proforma invoices.
Ensuring all inboxes and portals are up to date by the end of each day.
You will provide customers with products information on our extensive range of products.
Contributing to customer satisfaction by providing support.
Knowledge of company policy to address issues such as returns, faulty products, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers.
Excellent communication skills.
Driven and motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work under pressure.
Extremely high attention to detail.
Engaging and bubbly personality.
Patient with good listening skills.
Capability to multi-task.
