We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a business based in Alfreton, North Derbyshire.
You will be required to optimise order management and delivery to maximise excellent service for customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Your main duties will be :Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil orders
Ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time
Proactively speak with customers to manage orders in line with availability
Track and manage deliveries.
Maintain and update customer records.
Work closely with various teams across the supply chain as well as sales colleagues to maximise service levels
Inform customers of any shortfalls and provide potential solutions to the issues
Deal with any customer queries
Work with the customer service manager to manage the orders against the customers forecast.
You must:Be able to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment
Priorities and plan workload effectively
Have excellent customer service skills
Have customer supply chain experience ideally within an FMCG environment
Have strong IT skills ideally have worked with SAP
