Cherry Professional is currently recruiting for a fast growing SME organisation in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm and welcoming team with a dedicated employees. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate, hours of work required are Monday - Friday on a shift pattern rotating between there hours of 8am - 6pm. You will be required to work a half day 1 in 4 Saturday's out of the month.


Ensure quality of customer services is exceptional
Build up relationships with clients & their customers
Ensure all SLA's are met
Dealing with high volumes of emails & phone calls
Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and service to a growing client base
Track and trace pick up and deliveries via phone e-mail or other necessary means
Ensure that customers and public are updated at least every 24 hours or as and when necessary
Handle and resolve client, customer or public complaints
Provide delivery information when requested
Keep records of customer & public interactions, enquiries and complaints

Previous experience in a Customer Service role
Self motivated
Diplomatic and reliable
Enthusiastic and effective team member
Good communicator - (Essential)
Good Computer Skills - Excel and Word skills (essential)
