Customer Service Coordinator | Derbyshire | Up to £20,000

Cherry Professional are working with a credible business based in Derby who have recently experienced growth. They are recruiting for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their thriving business on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will pay a key part in coordinating communicationbetween suppliers, customers, external and internal stakeholders. The offices are modern, easily accessible and have free parking. 

Key responsibilities: 
- To liaise between Account Managers, production and customers and quality satisfaction
- Order Entry, quotations and invoicing 
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts Team and Customer Service Manager. 
- Management of the customer service database (SAP)

About you: 
- You will need to be a confident communicator and can treat each call professionally, patiently. 
- Having a natural ability to build rapport 
- Be organised and have great attention to detail 
- Ability to remain calm, even whilst working under pressure.
- Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems 
- If you have used SAP that would be a great advantage within this role 

Monday - Friday 09:00 am - 5:30 pm - Office Based 
£19,000 - £20,000
