Cherry Professional are currently working with a growing and innovative international organisation to recruit a Customer Service / Internal Sales Agent to join them on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to deal with customer queries, prepare quotations, generate orders and co-ordinate orders from point of order to completed order status. The internal sales element of the role will also support external business activities to achieve sales targets and profitability.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
-Deal with customer queries via phone and email.
-Internal stakeholder management – ensure customer queries are communicated effectively with correct stakeholders.
-Ensure there is thorough follow up to quotes to convert to orders.
-Work with logistics team to help solve customer queries regarding delivery dates.
-Update internal systems with relevant customer and delivery information.
-Develop market knowledge related to the company activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience within a similar field – quotes and administration.
-Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
-Fabulous organisation skills and high attention to detail.
-Strong computer skills – including using a CRM and MS office suite.
-An understanding of product cost, gross margin and selling price relationship.
-The ability to work under you own esteem.
