Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor for a well known and loved client in Nottingham.

- Answering calls and emails from our customers and store colleagues, being personal and professional whilst responding within a timely manner
- Build relationships with your colleagues, to help provide customers with the best possible service
- Understand the services they offer
- Take Customer Feedback on board and share important information to help play an important part of improving the business for customer’s journeys
- Previous customer service experience
- Good IT knowledge
- Team Player
- Flexible with availability to work
- Strong communication skills
The Customer Service department is open 7 days a week so full flexibility is required. Please ensure that you are available and fully flexible before submitting your application.
Opening hours for the customer service department are:
Monday – Friday 8.30AM-7PM, Saturday – 9AM-5PM and Sunday – 10AM-4PM.
