To answer calls and emails from our customers and colleagues, being personal and professional whilst responding within a timely manner
To build relationships with your colleagues
To help provide customers with the best possible service
Assisting customers with queries and taking ownership of problems
Previous customer service experience
A customer focused individual who takes pride in helping and supporting people
Strong IT skills
Enjoys working as a team
Flexible with availability to work some evenings and weekends.
Excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time permanent role paying £19,500

The Customer Service department is open 7 days a week. The shift pattern is on a rolling 7-week rota so you can see what your shifts are far in advance.
Opening hours for the customer service department are:
Monday – Friday 8.30AM-7PM, Saturday – 9AM-5PM and Sunday – 10AM-4PM
