Answering inbound calls in professional and timely manner
Dealing with customer enquiries via email and a live web chat service
Handling high volumes of inbound calls
Sending outbound emails to resolve customer complaints and queries
Using the internal systems to source products and update customer records
Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
Good communication skills
The ability to solve problems
Previous customer service experience is preferred
An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
