Customer Service Advisor | Permanent | Nottingham | Up to £19,000 per annum (including bonus)
Cherry Professional are currently working with a renowned Nottingham based client who are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities
To answer calls and emails from our customers and colleagues, being personal and professional whilst responding within a timely manner
To build relationships with your colleagues
To help provide customers with the best possible service
Assisting customers with queries and taking ownership of problems

Ideal Person
Previous customer service experience
A customer focused individual who takes pride in helping and supporting people
Strong IT skills
Enjoys working as a team
Flexible with availability to work some evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills

The Customer Service department is open 7 days a week, the shift pattern is on a rolling 7-week rota so you can see what your shift are

Opening hours for the customer service department are:
Monday – Friday 8.30AM-7PM, Saturday – 9AM-5PM and Sunday – 10AM-4PM
