Customer Service Advisor | Swadlincote | £18,000

Cherry Professional are working alongside an exciting client to recruit a driven Customer Service Advisor to join their growing Customer Service Team. The successful candidate will be providing with full technical training to provide the highest quality of Customer Service and will join a rapidly growing business who have doubled their turnover over the past year. If you are driven, motivated to learn, and are passionate for customer service, this could be the next step for your career.

Key Responsibilities:
Tracking the progress of customer’s orders.
Answering customer queries over the phone.
Replying to customer queries by emails.
Learning about our products and services to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
Team player with a kind nature.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow.
Be Professional and polite.
Have a good telephone manner.
