Outbound calling (customer service non sales)
Taking inbound calls to process enquiries
Taking orders over the phone and via email
Liaising with clients and being able to provide a high level of customer service and update the CRM system
Able to offer a very high level of customer service
Excellent communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office applications
Full time hours
