The job duties are as followed:
Handling any new business calls
Giving out quotations
Live web chat enquiries
Taking incoming calls in to the company on the telephone switchboard and distributing to the relevant member of staff
Assisting the Marketing Manager with compiling of stats
Any other ad hoc Admin Duties
You will need to have:
A good telephone manner is essential
High level of accuracy is imperative
Good keyboard / typing skills
