Duties & Responsibilities as a Collection Adviser

You will be covering outstanding payments from customers and dealing with any queries.
Making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding invoices
Providing support to the customers and issues regarding payments and disputes.
Monitor customer accounts no payments and delayed payment.
You will be processing customer card payments and setting up direct debits
To help resolve any issues of difficulties a customer may be facing.
Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating customer records accordingly.
You will be liaising with third parties with any issues regarding all customer queries
Managing customer account by analysing customer accounts for any delayed payments.
Complete any administrative tasks as requiredYou will be building relationships with clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have the following

Experience working in a fast pace customer service environment.
Good negotiation/objection handling skills
Proficient with using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
A positive can-do approach
