Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser for our reputable client based in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a vibrant and continuously evolving business. Hours of work required are Monday - Friday on a shift pattern rotating between there hours of 8am - 6pm. You will be required to work a half day 1 in 4 Saturday's out of the month and there is over-time available over the Festive period.

You will be responsible for dealing with your customer base on a day to day basis, leasing with both clients and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service
You will need to be able to build a strong relationships with existing clients and customers
Be reactive in situations and stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
Following the courier process right through to the end ensuring handling any issues efficiently and confidently
Be able to investigate and solve any issues that arise
Prioritise workloads and have the ability to manage your own time effectively
Speaking to customers and couriers via email and phone in a confident and professional manner leasing with couriers negotiating routes and pickups for customers to ensure deliveries arrive on time and efficiently

Ideal candidate
Previous courier experience would be an advantage
Self-motivated, Reliable Enthusiastic
Strong Customer service background
Accurate with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to prioritise work load
Organised and efficient
Able to take ownership of the task in hand
Personable and able to build relationships with customers Team Player
