Duties & responsibilities
Liaise with customers on various social media platforms including web chat
Demonstrate strong administrative skills
Accurately enter data into CRM system
Use excel to export information and figures
Process high volume customer queries professional and efficiently
Provide a high level of customer service to clients
Able to work as a team
Strong communication skills
Able to work to a fast pace
Enthusiasm & positive nature
Able to remain confidential and professional
Friendly and welcoming
Able to remain calm under pressure
Hours - Varied
