Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an innovative company in Derby.


-To provide excellent Customer Service and support to internal and external customers
-Manage customer complaints inline with KPI and SLA's
-Update Customer details on CRM systen
-Assist in developing colleagues' knowledge of customer accounts
-Manage and prioritise daily / weekly workload
-Working on Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Ensure all Customer Service calls are dealt with in a timely manner
-Good attention to detail

Ideal Person

-Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
-Professional telephone manner in order to provide the best customer service possible
-Ability to communicate to people at all levels of the business-
-Good time management skills
-A passion for Customer Service

Hours- 12:00-20:00
Occasional Saturdays 10:00-16:00
