We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator for a fantastic organisation based in Burton. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking for a new permanent role.
You will be required to:
Provide excellent Customer Service and support to internal and external Customers
Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner
Input information onto the company system
Process customers orders
Check stock levels
Provide price information to Customers
Deal with any complaints and queries
Any other Ad hoc duties.
You must have the following:
An excellent telephone manner
Ability to build rapport with customers
A positive can do attitude
Willingless to learn
A keen eye for detail.
