We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor / Administrator to join a well established company in Belper, Derbyshire.
This is a full time permanent position paying £18,000.
You will be responsible for:
- To provide excellent Customer Service and support to internal and external customers
- Develop knowledge of customer accounts
- Processing customers orders promptly and efficiently
- Working on Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ensure all Customer Service calls are dealt with in a timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Corresponding via email
- Any other Adhoc Administration duties
