Customer Service Administrator job - Permanent - Ilkeston £17,500
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for a new and exciting challenge to be part of a small and expanding team.
Outbound & inbound call handling (customer service non sales)
Process bespoke and complex orders
Create customer accounts through CRM system
Process complaints and resolve returns etc
Ad-hoc administrative duties
Chasing clients for documentation
Liaising with clients and being able to provide a high level of customer service and update the CRM system
Enthusiastic to learn
Able to work as part of a team
Able to offer a very high level of customer service
Organised and accurate
Confident with Microsoft Office applications
Full time - Permanent
23 days holiday plus 8 stat
Salary due to increase after 6 months based on performance
