Customer Service Administrator | Ripley | 12 month FTC | £21,000
 
Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a market leading manufacturer based in North-Derbyshire. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to offer a clear communication link between company and customers. You will be optimising orders and offering exceptional customer service whilst achieving departmental initiatives and company KPI’s.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the Customer Service function to be part of a warm and friendly, dynamic team within a highly reputable business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Support & supply information to customers in an effective, accurate and timely manner including but not limited to; product availability, prices, promotions, product launches and order days with the aim to maximise sales deliver excellent customer service.
To process customer orders promptly and efficiently whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
To support in the delivery of any business initiatives meeting relevant deadlines, targets and personal objectives.
Contribute to the implementation and development of processes to embrace best practice whilst ensuring all tasks are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
Carry out any additional adhoc tasks as requested by the management team.
Ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.
Active involvement in Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives, including identifying hazards and near misses, participation in audits and behavioural safety initiatives, and proactive actions to support our world class safety standards.
 
Ideal Candidate:
Able to demonstrate accuracy in their work
Previous experience of working within a Sales Administration or Customer Service environment.
Previous knowledge of Sales Administration and Customer Service related processes.
Experience using SAP.
 
Benefits to you:
£21,000 salary
25 days + bank holidays
6% pension from employer, 2% employee
Monday - Friday 8.45-5, hour lunch
