Key Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to customers to confirm and check product deliveries.
- Respond to customer queries and make adjustments to deliveries where needed.
- To ensure customer call backs from outbound calls are completed.
- Ensure customer call notes are entered onto the internal system (SAP).
- To achieve KPIs set by the line manager.
- Assist with other duties outside the main job requirements.
Ideal Candidate :
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Microsoft Office skills and SAP experience is desired.
- Highly motivated team player.
- Adpatable to change and happy to get involved in a variety of tasks.
