Key Responsibilities :
Providing excellent customer service.
Dealing speficially with a handful of customers on the UK side of the business.
Providing customers with price quotes as well as tracking and monitoring orders and deliveries.
Placing and processing orders and invoices.
Dealing with possible complaints.
General administration duties.
Ideal Candidate :
Proven experience in customer service.
Good organisation and the ability to prioritise.
Proficient on Microsoft packages including Word, Excel as well as Outlook.
Must be comfortable and confident with complaint handling.
A good team player and confident self-starter.
