Customer Operations Executive - Permanent/Temporary - £18,500 - Full Time - Nottingham

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for several Customer Operations Executive for their Nottingham based client. You will be a key part of the team managing new and existing client accounts as well as individual accounts. This is a unique opportunity to work at a fast-growing online company, investing in technology. Due to expansion of their City Centre offices the company is looking to take hire 2 candidates on a permanent basis and 2 on a temporary basis which will likely run until the end of November 2019. Suitability for the roles will be assessed at interview stage.


- Working in a target driven environment focusing on excellent customer experience

- Hitting and exceeding KPI targets

- Manage relationships with customers, agents and clients

- Educate clients on the services that are offered

- Manage and prioritise work-load and time against deadlines

Must have requirements:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills

- CRM based customer care

- Experience of working in target driven environment

- Excellent communication skills

- A self-starter who can prioritise and manage their own work-load and time

- Desirable requirements

- Previous Reference Industry Experience

- Experience working with Insurance Products

- Degree qualification or similar
