Administrator | 6-month FTC | £17,550 | Derby  
Cherry professional are working alongside a nationwide retailer to recruit an adaptable administrator. Our client’s administrators are key to head office function and are responsible for supporting all aspects of the customer operations team's processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with aspects of the online banking system
- Processing allocation of bank transfers to customer records
- Processing of customer refunds and part exchange finance settlements
- Working with Sage200 system to enter transactions to the system
- Ability to cover other responsibilities in the team
- Liaising with other key departments on site to ensure a seamless process
- Dealing with customers over the phone to verify their details
- Occasion support to other head office functions

The ideal candidate should have:
- Administrative experience
- Willingness to learn
- Have drive to succeed
- Experience using SAGE is desirable but not a necessity
- Have customer focused values
