Cherry professional are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Sales Executive for a well-known Client in Nottingham.
If you are organised and confident on the phone, and you put customer care at the heart of everything you do - apply straight away!
This is a fast paced role which consists of mainly outbound selling techniques and customer care.
To answer client enquiries and discussing the service in depth, promoting the companies USPs and upselling further products
You will provide support to existing clients
To distribute information to clients
You will adherence to KPIs and sales targets to ensure these are met
You will manage challenging clients and solve problems
Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up to date and accurate
Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations
Weekend work required 3-4 times a year for exhibitions (paid overtime)
1 week per month on call responsibility (overtime paid)
Time keeping and accuracy are essential in this fast-paced role
Ability to hit targets and motivation to exceed expectations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount to this position.
As this is such a varied role, the ability to plan ahead and prioritise an ever-changing workload is essential to success.
You will need to be a confident and competent user of Microsoft Office.
What’s on offer for you
Hours of work Monday – Friday 9am -5pm
Salary £20,000- £21,000 up to £500 bonus
23 days holidays plus bank holidays
